Cadet/Mountaineer 90 parts?

A local guy (Chicagoland) posted to a vintage motorcycle group I am in that he just acquired a '65 90cc 2-troke Ducati and he needs some parts:

"...main needs are fan shroud and fan. Unless anyone out there can tell me wether it really "needs" the fan and shroud. I'm sure it'd run with out it but don't want to blow it up. The 90cc had a fan on right side of engine that blew air up a shroud to cool the head. The 100cc later model did not have this a year or 2 later. Also need the left hand shifter set up if possible(that's right 3 speed twist shifter). And the matching right hand throttle assembley would be nice as well. And rear brake lever (the one that attaches to the drum)..."
