Close to getting this little bike running again. Some questions:
Fork assembly, from the book looks like screw in ally bush (into the fork leg), seal, 2mm washer, felt washer. 1mm washer and then the screw on ring/tube that holds it all to the for leg - is this correct?
Fork oil capacity?
Head/Cylinder Bolt Torque?
Offsets for the wheels - I got the hubs and rims dissembled and need to know the offset for putting back together, front and rear.
Where to get 2.75x16 tires in the US?
Any help appreciated.

I don't know that we have any other Bronco owners on the forum. You may be our sole expert on Broncos.
I'm hoping somebodey will give you an extimated torgue value for the head bolts. I don't think Ducati published any torque values, and I think you will have to guess by the fastner head and the metals being secured.
As for tires, if you are in the US shop oversead via the internet. They ship pretty cheaply as the seller can just wire tie a tag to the tire(s), no need for boxing them up and no matter what 'gorilla' tosses them around he's not boing to break them. Try the spelling as "typre" or "tyres."

I have a 125 Bronco and I put 17 rims on it and found tires from partsunlimited (Michelin) - I think they make 16 inch tires also. If you search for moped tires, you will find more of a selection. Here is one that some nice tires.

I looked int he Owner's manual - it is posted on motoscrubs tech page and the fork oil capacity is 150cc. Not sure about head bolt torque - I think Jim is right that for what ever reason Ducati did not publish specs.

While I really don't consider myself as an "expert" on this push-rod type DUCATI-model, (note that I don't refer to this non-OHC model as a 'Duke'), I have worked on a number of Bronco-models and even (unenthusiastically) owned a couple of them! _ So I do know a bit about them, also.
__ And by some coincidence, I've traded most all my Bronco stuff to another fellow who's name also happens to be 'Vince', (registered here as 'Thevin').

____ Whenever I had to button-up the top-end (on this p.rod 125-model), after tightening-up just past 10-FT/LBs, I'd then be sure to do (one top-end fastener at a time), only 2-FT/LB increments until all four were at 15/16-FT/LBs,, then each just 1-FT/LB at a time, progressing upward to 20-FT/LBs, and quit at that point.
__ Having never been really sure of exactly what amount to actually torque the 125 top-end down to, I am however fairly sure that somewhere between 18 & 22-FT/LBs is near the correct range. _ (Certainly 25FT/LBs would be over-torqued.)
To be totally safe, ya could try letting-up at just 15-FT/LBs, and then try running the motor,, and if no air-leakage is then detected, then settle for merely 16 to 18-FT/LBs (after the engine has cooled-off again), being sure that all four are within a FT/LB of one another.
__ And in any case, always make-sure that NONE of the involved threads are dirty with anything, (so as to obtain good torque-readings) !
