engine stand

Hallo,

between christmas and new year, i will start to dismantle my bike .
I have seen last week a simple engine stand for nc singles - but where
Has sombody a good idea where i can find a simple engine stand - it should not cost a lot for only one bike.

I have seen angle iron used to support a Ducati single engine above a work table with bolts running through the engine mounts as well as the angle iron on either side of the engine.

I once saw a photo of an engine sitting in a block of some unknown material that must have been a matched basin for the bottom of a narrow case engine. Whether this was something new or something old I can't say.

I've never seen any commercial offering for securing a single cylinder Ducati engine to a workbench.

I'm thinking someone on the forum will know of something....

Now i m looking to find it for a N/C.
