Tacho drive for a yellow desmo

Does anybody here have, or know where I might find, a tacho drive for a ‘74 450 yellow desmo?

I could fit a digital tacho but that just feels wrong…

Very hard to find, it took me 2 years to find one.
Try looking for one from a Mototrans, I think they are the same.

Yes, they appear to be as rare as the proverbial rocking horse sh*t

They are available new if you have deep pockets, have a look at the Old Racing Spare Parts web site, but I think that the price is around €300.

Thanks Colin. Yes I did see those but if I'm going that far into my pockets I'd like to get the right version and the one there looks to be for earlier models and possibly not even suitable for the Smiths gauges on the '74.
