Re: Tachometer drive
I have always assumed they are the same, I am using on both the 1975 250 desmo and the 1974 350mk3 (with the Spanish built engine) identical smiths racing rev counters and both register exactly the same at tickover so on that very unscientific basis the ratio is unlikely to be different..........I also recently purchased a standard used widecase tacho drive (from who knows what engine? or where made?) again on the assumption they are all the same, maybe stupidly It has never crossed my mind that they may be different. But I could be wrong
Cheers,
George
