What do I have here?

Hi,

I asked this question many moons ago, however at that time I didn't post any pics, so would anybody happen to know what this head is?

The end cap may be a red herring though-

Inlet valve 35 mm
Exhaust valve 30 mm
Inlet port 27 mm

Spanish 24 Horas or narrowcase 250 Road head to fit 69mm bore cylinder barrel.
