Hi,
Hope your all safe and well at this troubling time-
Simple question, are the clearances checked hot or cold?
The amount of information to be found in this site is incredible, thanks to all of you who contribute. This might sound like a strange ask, however, does anybody have a pic of the late DewCatTea Bob?
Thanks and take care
Bob

Re: Mach 1 valve clearance
I used 5 and 7 thou back in the day and the bike was timed at 104mph ,but if you use all the revs a lot the clearances can close up as the valves hammer the seats so you need to keep a check on it.

The same values are given in the owner's handbook(s)
