Looking for a springer 450 head for a race project. Complete build is fine but I really just need the actual head.

Would a bare RT head fill the bill?
I have one that I pulled off all the desmo bits to complete a bare 250/350 desmo head that I had.
I wanted to do so because I had acquired a 350 crankcase set that was as close to NOS as you will ever see.
