69 350 Mk3 Paint codes

Hey folks, looking for the Lechler paint codes (or other brand conversions) for my 1969 350 Mark3 D Tank and Side Covers. That dark 'candy apple red'.

Page 10-11. The models are labelled as Mach 3, not Mark 3, and colors for 350 Mach 3 are directed to "VEDI MODELLO PRECEDENTE(See Previous Model), that is 250 Mach 3, or 250 Mach 3 Desmo.

What it seems to specify is:

Desmo: COLORE PRINCIPALE NERO BRILLANTE DUC A10 (MAIN COLOR)
PARTICOLARI IN ALTRA TINTA ROSSO SCARLATTO DUC A26 (PARTICULARS IN OTHER TINT)


Springer: COLORE PRINCIPALE ROSSO CORSA DUC A13
PARTICOLARI IN ALTRA TINTA GRIGIO PERLA MET DUC A18

Mind you, this is just me googling, I am no expert.

Ah! That does get me closer; appears I need "Scarlet Red Metallic" DUC A26. Unfortunately the German site wont ship to US. If I could even get a sample i'd have my local guy match it up.

Someone on the Duc Singles FB page recently got some paint matched by RS Paints in UK and shipped across the pond. Might be worth a try.

The RS Bike Paint website is brilliant! Feed it your year/make/model and they tell you the paint. Little pricey >$100 for 250ml to the states but better than guessing or nothing.
