In the past I've been disappointed with the search function in the forum software- it won't search for anything that has fewer than 4 characters, so you can't search for info for '175', 'MK3', 'M1', etc. Searching for 'M1 paint' will return every post with the word 'paint' in it.
But, if you use the Google Chrome browser there's a solution, Chrome will search any site for your search terms, the format is:
search site:motoscrubs.com/forum/
The command is entered into the Chrome address bar- where you type in a URL.
So, to search Motoscrubs for info on a 175, you'd type in the address bar:
175 site:motoscrubs.com/forum/
And Chrome spits out all the forum messages that contain the string '175'.
Maybe just senior citizens didn't know about this.

Re: Searching forum
thanks for the info Rick, I've found the only way to find anything with the sites search is to use quotes.
I'm working on becoming a senior, so the next time I'm trying to search for something I will have completely forgotten about this post...
