That is the sort of site I am looking for.
This one is for motorcycles. Also, I need to find one that does the same thing for other categories.
At present, I have scanned a friend's manual for his milling machine, that he wants me to upload somewhere, and be easily downloadable for free.

Ther is a site called Dropbox.com. It is free. They give you something like 2GB of storage. If you need more, you have to pay or delete files to make room.

You simply register and can start putting files there. When you want to share, you simply send a link in an email to the person needing the manual.

I do use Dropbox occasionally, but it isn't searchable afaik.
