250 Monza Petcock gaskets

Postby Bob Wegman » Mon Mar 28, 2016 8:16 pm

My first post here. I have a 66 Monza that needs plenty. One of the challenges at this time is to find the round internal black (rubber?) gaskets inside of the petcocks. The ones that are about the diameter of a dime with the small holes for the fuel to pass through. Any one know who sells them or what they are made of so I can make some ? Thanks.

They have a lot of repo rubber products for Ducati's of various types.
Not cheap though.

I think Guzzino sells them also.
I made some out of viton. I bought a small piece off eBay and punched them out. Was kinda a PITA the viton is very hard to cut. I think I have a pair you can have PM me your address and I'll give them to you.
It'll only cost me a stamp. I'm not guaranteeing they will work as they are untested.
