Hey fellas,
New join here and was hoping you could help me with some questions regarding a 160 Monza I'm doing a new top end on. I purchased the bike recently and the PO had recently removed the head. It's got a new once over piston/ring set and gasket set.
That said, when I went to take apart the head I got to looking and the gasket set doesn't include the o-ring for head nor the replacement lock washer for the cam or new crush washers for the oil lines. Thus I began my search for these parts and I'm having a rough go of it. Where do you gentlemen get these when you do your rebuilds and what sizes do I need? The crush washers appear to be 10mm (I need to get out the calipers) and I don't want to assume on the o-ring since it may be squished. Do you all generally reuse the cam lock washer?
Lastly, the little crusty gal also kind of pulled one over on me with regards to the head bolts - I can't tell if there are washers on them or not - they may or may not be there, but even after cleaning and tapping with a punch (lightly) it appears that they aren't there...that or I'm crumpling them or damaging the head. Neither of which are desirable!

Guzzino.com has the parts you're after. Interesting forks and brake hubs. Not original to the 160. Any idea what they are? Matt

Yes you are right. It's a compilation of a few different bikes (IMO). The front suspension/wheel and the rear wheel is from a Montesa Scorpion 250. I think the fork stanchions are bent though because when sitting on the bike the front wheel is torqued a little bit to the right (I've already loosened everything and twisted back and forth and pulled and pushed up and down and still no joy...).
I also think the tank is from an MV Agusta. It doesn't have the same mounting as a Duc tank in the rear and is huge, prob at least four gallons. I could probably make it half way across the country on a fill up

Hey so I am running into the same problems on Guzzino; I know the 160 was derived from the 100cc... so is it safe to assume that the top end seal kit I would need would be:
