Morning.
Anyone else having issues using the parts cataogues? A search of "CoolIris" yielded 6 posts from 2011 and 2010
It worked until a few days ago on MAC in Firefox and I see from their website that they were purchased by Yahoo.
Maybe something is a-foot.
Thanks,
Andrew

Re: CoolIris not Working
It's not working for me either, Google or IE. This is a disappointment. I liked how one could quickly flip through the book pages rather than scrolling down through a long document.
I went to the Cool Iris website and it says they were bought by Yahoo last November.
I will try to figure out if Yahoo will offer the same service, but I suspect that it will come back carrying the burden of advertising pop-ups with it.

Hi Jim.
Has there been any luck with an alternate to CoolIris for viewing the parts manuals?
Best,
Andrew

Sadly the embedded wall is no longer supported:
https://github.com/cooliris/embed-wall
The github website gives a solution of sorts, but it's difficult to imagine that I can (I am merely a hack or we would have a much more robust website) get that SWF code loaded and make the edits necessary to get it to work again. A warning is issued that as other things like Java get developed further the wall may break again.
The github site recommends moving to "modern solution based on web standards." I don't know what that would be as I have not seen another application that has anything like the embedded wall.
I will try to fix it - I just have to wait until business gets a little slow and I get some free time.
