Re: 69 Widecase Mark3 fenders & tool boxes wanted
Thanks to Jim I have a set of tool boxes on the way
I was waiting to get them in the mail before I posted this
Jim told me about a set for sale on eBay France
A fantastic deal at $120 shipped. Thanks Jim!
I do still need fenders, if I can't find any within the next year or so
I will have to do a mild cafe type build
With my ceriani forks and a gt750 front brake
If I manage to get fenders it will be a stock build.
I still have a set of NC scrambler fenders to trade
For mark3 fenders if anyone is interested.
Thanks

Re: 69 Widecase Mark3 fenders & tool boxes wanted
Tony,
Thanks for the offer but I really want to find steel fenders. I'm just not a fan of fiberglass, unless it's a boat or a Vett.
Partly because I work with metal for a living i guess. If i cant find any real Mk3 fenders I will probably use some Scrambler fenders or modify some Benelli fenders I have.
What will probably happen is once the bike is all done and painted, I will see a set of fenders on ebay really cheap
thanks,
Aaron

Re: 69 Widecase Mark3 fenders & tool boxes wanted
Sorry Aaron!
I should have put more thought into my post which upon re-examination seems to put an end to the thread.
I should have said "I think we have the tool boxes squared away, but the fenders are still in need!"
Everyone keep looking and thanks...

Re: 69 Widecase Mark3 fenders & tool boxes wanted
Hello I am updating this thread because I am still looking for a couple parts for my 69 Mk3D. I still need a rear fender, I am ok with either early or later style since they will both fit the frame right. I also need one wing badge for the tank, I need the left side badge.
Thanks to Jim I have the tool boxes and front fender. Hopefully someone has the last two parts I need. Everything else I need I can buy anytime from the parts dealers.
Thanks, Aaron
