I think the Sebring had a compression release with screw type adjusters on their rocker arms. Maybe someone can confirm.

Dunno about the Sebring, Frank, but my Vento has screw type adjusters ... and a decompressor (as you know ;) )

Jordan - The first illustration that you posted may be a bit misleading. It seems to show that the washer and circlip is outside the valve cover. I've assembled those pieces inside the valve cover so that the pin and spring cannot be removed without removing the circlip. Correct me if I'm wrong. Also, as I've mentioned before, the rockers are not the standard shim type but rather screw type and therefore the profile is different. I've had to shorten the pin for it to work so that the valve cover will fit to the gasket. - Frank

You mean the exploded drawing?
I can't remember the order of assembly, but you've figured it out.
Well done for discovering the needed modification to suit your adjustable rocker.
