Supplier database

May i apologise in advance if this is hidden somewhere i haven't looked or found by search, or has been dismissed as advertising, but the post about speedo/tacho suppliers opened my eyes up to spare parts suppliers i have never found through Google search etc, and i wondered if it would be worth creating a database or sticky post of good suppliers of our favourite bike spares. Especially those less well known ones or those specializing in just one facet of the bike, like instrumentation.
Again, apologies if an old suggestion or not permitted within the site rules.

I wish there had been something like this available for planning my restoration. Happy to contribute, even by replies to this thread, but I guess we would need to be careful about expressing opinions. Any views from Jim F?
