any experience with motorcycle lift tables?

does anyone have any recommendations for these? They can be had on Ebay from around $400 + freight. I mean the type that has a ramp, a table, a clamp for the front wheel, and has a foot-operated jack.
This is just for home use, not commercial. Obviously a lock is needed so it's not held up by the hydraulics. Any reviews from users would be welcomed.

Wouldn't work without one. Advice? Well, they're pretty simple affairs , but:

1. Buy something sturdy (obvious, but probably worth saying ). But not too heavy, either - chances are, you will have to move it around ocassionally.
2. My own uses a hydraulic jack. Don't get one which has the jack 'built in' - if the jack fails, then the table is US.
3. On mine, the table locks in within simple steel pins. Simple, but works (and I like 'simple').
4. Worth getting one with a removeable floor section beneath the rear wheel.

Or just make your own for sub AU$100 including removable back wheel floor. You need a portable ramp anyway.

Thanks, I've got one like that, I made it out of timber for about $75, and it's OK but it's a 2-person job to get a bike on or off. With a hydraulic unit, I could lower it, wheel a bike on to it, clamp the front wheel in, and raise it, all by myself, which is what I want to do.
