I found the handling of my NC 250 to be fine for all normal road use , I even used it for a few years with no fork damping !, The ony time I had handling problem was when the damper knob flew off, the damper assembly dropped to jam the steering to one side at 50 mph . Took me off into a field ,and I stayed on somehow. Make sure the Knob is locktited on !!.
