As usual Eldert was right on. The 748 arm fits like a champ. Difficult to believe that Ducati would leave well enough alone and not change the size and number if teeth. I think that they do stuff like that every once in a while just to keep us off balance. Thanks to all. Tom

Not at all, Tom. Ducati often used the same existing part and part number when they could.
They might have made more money from needless changes, but that would have cost them too, initially.
Nowadays the company that calls itself Ducati may not have the same policy. The part numbering system is different too.
