valve clearance problem

I have a full set of bevel twin opener shims which are the same shims as used on singles. I got them from VeeTwo in their closing down sale and they range from 2.00 to 6.95 mm. I'm not sure if there would be any "consequences" of using the larger shims on a single. Others here would have a much better idea than I.

The sizes are actual shimming distances. They are definitely also the same shims as used on two valve belt Ducatis. I would think they would be freely available from ducati dealers.
