350 now revived

Dear kind and wise folk,
I've written before (at some length) about the challenges of reviving my 1974 350 Mk3, and I have recieved lots of very helpful advice based on the forum's vast accumulation of wisdom and experience.
Thank you all for so much help, mainly in what's written in so many posts about so many topics. It's been immensely encouraging when in the workshop doldrums.
At the usual risk, here are some photos of how it has tunred out.
Pleas feel free to ask about any of the details - which I'm not going to bore you all with now!
As we all know, what I've got to do now is ride the damn thing!

That's another one back on the road then looking very fit for purpose, as you say just get out there and enjoy. By the way that is the same bike as mine ........absolutely super wee machine

Aye Pete, nice job you've made there.

Being a late 350 MKIII, like mine and "blethermaskite" George's, I note that your machines first registration was in Luton in 1975, whereas mine was registered in North London in 1975. I am assuming from the Luton registration that yours was definitely one of the last at Coburn and Hughes.

You're sure to be right, Bill.
Interestingly, the original engine (most of which I still have following its untimely implosion thanks to a Bernie's Spares 'n' Repairs pattern conrod) has an aluminium plate rivetted to the gearbox case which shows it to be one of those intended for France, which were nicked by C&H in order to have some stock of the singles.
I've no idea how the French importer reacted; neither Mick Walker nor Alan Cathcart or Ian Falloon mention any comeback against C&H being buccaneers!

Excellent Pete! She is a great looking machine and fabulous to have her back on the road! You have sped far ahead of my rebuild, but I’m hoping for this September. Imola seat looks great!

Very nice looking bike Pete. I always wondered why Ducati itself didn’t use an Imola seat on any of the singles, it just looks right.
