Hi Jon,
I have recently returned my Mototrans 250 scrambler to the road after more than 40 years hidden in the back of a garage. I got a huge amount of help from the folks on here and I'm sure you will get all the help you need. I have the parts list: it's not specific to the Spanish models though. However it will be a few days before I can get it to you though.
I'm sure I speak for all on here when I say I'd like to see some pics of what you ate dealing with.
And where are you? It helps us to recommend where to source parts.
Cheers,
Al

You might find this blog a useful visual reference: https://moticosroyo.com/buscando-la-moto-de-samu (set your browser to translate into English).
It's by a spanish bike restorer and over many pages shows the whole restoration process of a 350 single, which is basically very similar to all other pre-'76 Ducati 4 stroke singles. Bear in mind he's not a Ducati specialist and some of what he says may not be 100% accurate,
Unfortunately other sources of information about these bikes fall into the same category including Haynes, Clymer and others ..... you'll note the lack of torque settings in the Haynes.... certainly one of the gray areas, so filter everything carefully!
If (like me) you're new to Ducati bevel drive engines... **TOP TIP** every time you take anything apart, check for shims, don't mix them up, they are everywhere and very important that you put them back in the right place.
Good luck with your build.
Phil

I tried to post the parts manual, but it is a very large PDF file which is not possible to post on this site, unfortunately. If you send me a PM we should be able to work out a different way to get it to you.
Cheers,
Al

Have look at this website: https://ducatimeccanica.com/parti_di_ricambio/index.htm it has lots of resources including links to parts manuals, which are Online, but better than nothing.

No problem with parts for Amals. Burlen website (the manufacturers) shows different banjo options with a couple of different pipe sizes, I'm sure there will be some bike shops Stateside who stock them.... look for Norton/Triumph/Britbike suppliers. You might think about putting inline fuel filters on as well.
