New Ducati Singles Tech Manual to be published

The second edition is out on that book. It has an added chapter on Mototrans, some more info on Berliner and another anecdote from Tom's younger days. A couple of the vignettes have been dropped. Over all the second edition has more pages than the first. I got my copy on Ebay direct from Tom Bailey.

Has anyone heard from Tom regarding a publishing date of the Mechanic's book?

I'd think there might be alternate small scale self publishing venues which would result in at least as many being sold as there are members here. Hope to see it available soon.

There are several self publishing websites that will print on demand. The book ends up costing more but there is no risk. One example is:

I've been looking at Tom Bailey's buyers guide 2nd addition, on E-bay for$ 28.95 plus $ 5.45 shipping. What does it go for in say
Barnes & Nobels? Is this a good deal? Capt.Paul

I don't think you'll find it at B&N, and I don't think you'll find it cheaper than that - but try Amazon.com. It is well worth the price.

The "Ducati Singles First Person" first or second edition is not the book in question. It is his as yet to be released Mechanics Master Book.
