Fuel Tank Ring

Fuel Tank Ring
Does anyone know a rubber ring that will fit the rear of the fuel tank, over the two pins and under the frame? I have bought them from a household appliance shop in the past, but I have no idea what they were fitted to.....

I use the rubber seal ring out of brown 100mm plastic sewer pipe!

Lately I use a nylon cable tie, 8mm wide.

Yes, that is what I always thought, but all the vacuum cleaner belts that I can find now are flat.
