Help dellorto ss2

I want to see if anybody out there has messed with one of these or can give me any help can? I’ve done a lot of research on these carburetors and the SS one I have one working on another bike but this one seems to be different. The air screw goes into a bolt with four holes and then one coming out the Center just not sure how to adjust the This I guess is what I’m asking. It’s on 1965 mk3
