Your 125 appears to have the clutch inspection cover with just 'Ducati' on it, without 'Made in Italy' cast in smaller letters below, indicating a Mototrans machine.
Also, the black breather is a Mototrans fitment.
There are other differences, notably cast horizontal ribs across the front of the crankcases on Spanish bikes where the Italian cases are smooth.
The engine and frame number series are different between Italian and Spanish bikes. Spanish bikes are numbered 10---, 11---, 12---, 13---. Italian bikes are numbered 650000 onwards
