Wanted: kickstart crank for Mach 1

All set for my first ride and crank broke at the point where the curved part joins the splined end. It had obviously already cracked as there was a rusty section in the two faces. Road and Race in NSW were (in fact are) still listing them but have sold out. One option will be to find any crank that fits the splines and then weld/braze it to the curved lever. It's an odd size though (inevitably) - 18mm od and 34 teeth - and I've not found anything yet.

I've since obtained a crank from another 5 speeder - they all seem to have the same, or very similar, K/S shaft - and got it welded on to the remains of the original. So far so good. When I say original, I suspect this was a pattern part as the chrome finish was just too unblemished!
