I'm looking for a worm gear for a 250 Scrambler/Diana. Anyone know where I might find one? Ebay has been pretty unhelpful lately.

They are available new, at a price. I bought one recently for my 250 from Classic Ducati.

That's good. Moto Guzzino's web site seems good and the owner seems pretty pro-active in supplying parts.
