Looking for parts for a 250 nc. Crank + Transmission

I'm trying to bring a 250 back to life. I've got most of the external parts and I'm working on the internals now. I just purchased a 4-speed transmission from ebay. Turns out it was missing one gear, I believe
it's 4th gear on the output shaft. I'm looking for that gear and a diagram from the parts manual on how the transmission goes back together properly. I think I have it but I'm a bit unsure. I'll add a picture
of what I've got going back in the case.

I'm also hunting a crank. I'm looking at one on ebay now for about $100 and it's gonna need a overhaul from what the description says. Would anyone else happen to have one they don't need that I could
purchase?

I started this mess by buying the engine cases at Mid-Ohio Vintages last year for $30. I will need to have some welding work done on the chain side. It looks like the chain slop blasted the clutch arm and
knocked a hole in the top of the chain entrance. I'm not looking to restore a Diana or anything I just want a rideable bike.
