M. Baruzzo rim

I have a steel front rim (rim only, no spokes or hub). The rim is marked M. Baruzzo - Torino. Chrome is a bit rusty, but I was able to remove it in a small section with steel wool and chrome polish. I didn't do the whole rim though. Make offer.

What is the diameter of this rim? What is the width between beads? How many spoke holes? Any damage (flat spots, dents, bent, cracks, spokes pulled through, tire iron damage, etc.)? Aside from the valve stem hole, have any other holes been drilled in the rim? Where are you located?
