Trade WC Srambler frame for WC road frame

I have what appears to be one of the first 500 WC 350 Scrambler frames (no lower loop). I'm seeking to make a vintage race bike and would hate to cut or modify this frame. Would be willing to trade for a WC road frame in good condition.
