FYI - this bike is now at Redline Restorations in Bridgeport CT. Young owner , family run , great cars , but its not something they really have their heart set on doing. Also there's no rush so it'll be there awhile. He may find his way here for info , contacts , suppliers , encouragement ,etc.

I took some close ups and so did my friend during the preview. Nothing too great in its condition but if anyone wants some send a message I'll get pics to you.

So did the bike actually sell at auction? What was the high bid?

Almost 2019 and I stopped at Redline Reatorations for a couple reasons but mostly because there had been some talk about “the bike”.

Apparently they are asking , or the seller is asking , $90K and if that shocks you I first heard $99k.

I don’t sign in much but enjoy this board as often as possible. Thanks to the regulars who make it a great stop. I am currently stepping aside from my vintage Subaru activity to focus on my 250 and 350 1966 squares next year. Hopefully I’ll be more active here at that point.

Since I hardly ever “clock in” here , but sure do look every day , I just figured I would add a little more info.

Last year or so I did stop in at Redline Restorations in Bridgeport CT and the bike was there and for sale for $99K , yes 99 thousand.
I did take close ups but they may have been deleted. Next chance I have I’ll stop in and see if they still have it and get pics.
