Whilst it's not cheap, Nigel Lacey sells a reproduction copy of the parts list for the 450R/T together with the riders handbook.

Follow up question. The RT I am working on has two different sized threads on the steer tube. Approximately 26 mm for a thin nut to secure the steer tube into the head tube and then it steps down where the upper triple tree slides on and the top nut is roughly 25mm. Is this standard? It looks to be but it is not what is shown in the parts book.
Thanks again for your help.

That's the way both of mine are set up also, top thread is about 24.7 mm and step up is 26. Does seem a bit odd as there seems to be no reason that necessitates the step (maybe to make it obvious that the thin nut doesn't go directly under the top nut?).
I have one set of forks that's off of the frame and partially disassembled so if you end up needing any more comparisons or internals pics, it's fairly easy for me to do.

If it were the same diameter, there couldn't be a plain unthreaded portion for the top triple clamp to mate with.
The nut under the triple clamp sure makes assembly easier, especially with lots of loose balls, compared to not having it.
Parallel twin Ducatis also use the nut under the triple clamp of their forks, which by the way fit the singles nicely. With double disc brakes on the lighter machine, it has staggering stopping power too!
