WTB a crankshaft ballancer

The guy that rebuilds my engines is looking to buy a new or used crank ballancer. He is retired and used to build and design outboard motors. He was able to do his cranks on the ballancer at work. He has about 5 cranks he needs to ballance soon and does not know where he can find one. The ballancer he has used in the past was two larger high precision bearings on each side so the heavy spot would always turn to the bottom. My Rowe wheel truing stand has the same basic bearing on top but I doubt this would be accurate enough for crankshafts. He is not interested in computers so I am trying to locate the ballancer for him for him. Have not been able to Google anything close yet. Any help would be great. Thanks, Dennis.

Yes, that is exactly what he needs. What country is that in. Is there a source in America? Thanks!
