Headlight rim seal

Just saw a post on Facebook. Someone complaining that an aftermarket Mach1 headlight rim is loose. @ people said he's missing the gasket that seals the headlight bezel (rim)
Never seen one. Is there one? The only one I have is between the rim headlight glass.
