Aye Maurice,
Some more specific measurements will be required if a remote diagnosis of you 450's big end diameter is required!
Eldert or Nigel Lacey, both are members of the forum, would be the two people to most likely give you chapter and verse. BUT! Knowing Ducati and the many replacement big ends that might be used either by them, or anybody who may have refurbished the crankshaft at some time in it's 50 plus year existance, the only way to actually know what you are dealing with, is to dismantle the crankshaft and measure the components.
DO NOT BE SURPRISED BY WHAT MIGHT BE FOUND! And, if you do not have the correct tools and knowledge, make sure that you get somebody who does, to do the work. My 1974 450 MKIII crankshaft required 28 tonnes pressure in a 30 tonnes press to separate the crankshaft halves!

Any flex in the press set up, can wreck the crankshaft components when dismantling, or assembling.
I hope that you are succesfull in repairing your crankshaft.
Good health, BillR
