---- Sorry I have a little problem with my samrtphone, it automatically translated what I wrote in English into French ----
Hello everyone,
My name is Samuel from France
In December I bought from Mototrans 350 Vento, I had a few years ago and I always regretted having sold it
After 4 months, I finally managed to obtain the certificates to be able to do the paperwork in my name (a little bit complicated !)
So I'm starting to look at it more closely and I have a few questions to ask you
- Do you have photos of the seat attachment? There are no fixings on mine but it's OK on the frame
I'm looking for some parts:
- Foot pegs
- rubber handles
Do you know where I can get this?
THANKS
My 350 Vento

The front seat mounts should fit onto two prongs on the frame.

Good work, Jon.

Re: My 350 Vento
1. As you will have seen, Jon Pegler is ‘our’ expert on these bikes. As well as being incredibly knowledgeable, he is also most helpful. Un vrai gentleman (!)
2. For the foot rests, if you want genuine ones, look on Lamaneta. There are none there now, but I have seen them there before:

3. Also, an important supplier of all kind of parts is Recambio usado. This is Jesus Lloriente Guzman near Valladolid. You can buy from him with confidence.

4. What do you mean by ‘rubber handles’? Les poignées?

Re: My 350 Vento
Salut Craig !
C'est un peu grâce à toi, vu que tu m'avais envoyé une photo de la CG de ton Vento, ça m'a permis de remplir correctement toute les cases, je suis du côté de Clermont-Ferrand
1) Great, It will help me a lot to have someone who knows the model well!
2) Thanks !
3) I placed an order with him last Friday
4) Oui, les poignées en caoutchouc sur le guidon, je sais pas comment on dit en anglais

Thanks
Other question, about the brake now:
The calipers are 3 P05, right ?
And the master cylinder ? PS5?

Re: My 350 Vento
The master cylinder should be a PS15 (not PS5) and I think the calipers are P08 but I'm sure Jon Pegler will be along soon to correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: My 350 Vento
Sorry Ian , here I am to correct you.
Unlike the Italian Desmos, the Vento uses a Brembo PS12 master cylinder.
They also used Spanish AJP master cylinders but overhaul kits for the AJP units are not available.
The calipers are PO5.
