You need the bracket that bolts to the frame to attach the rear seat mounts.
The front seat mounts should fit onto two prongs on the frame.

Other question, about the brake now:

The calipers are 3 P05, right ?
And the master cylinder ? PS5?

The master cylinder should be a PS15 (not PS5) and I think the calipers are P08 but I'm sure Jon Pegler will be along soon to correct me if I'm wrong.

Sorry Ian , here I am to correct you.

Unlike the Italian Desmos, the Vento uses a Brembo PS12 master cylinder.
They also used Spanish AJP master cylinders but overhaul kits for the AJP units are not available.
The calipers are PO5.
