The pic is pretty self explanatory. Is this a weak spot and do you guys have any recommendations? Reatoration is going well everything is back from the powder coaters.

Fairly common! I don't know if it happens when the adjuster rusts into the boss and the swelling splits it, or the subsequent attempts to remove it does the damage, or maybe it happens when someone is trying to split the cases and whacks it; I suspect the former; either way it is a good idea to always grease the adjuster.

I have seen a repair effected by bolting a steel plate onto the adjacent crankcase bolt and passing the adjuster through this, but I don't see why you could not get a weld done on it and then re-tap it and cut the slot, although it may be difficult to do without an engine strip.

The only aesthetically original repair would be to build it up with weld, shape/machine back, but that would ideally mean an engine strip.

Alternatively as mentioned by Colin a bracket bolted to the rear crankcase mouth bolt can effect a repair. This is a common mod to narrowcase engines used for racing when using the longer Widecase arm. See below a couple of pictures to give you an idea of what is involved.

I can easily design this and have my brother make this for me, as he is a Tool and Die guy, but are these sold anywhere ?

I don't think so, certainly I have never seen one.
