Good evening-

One more thing- I have been working on the batteries for both the scrambler (conversion from AC ignition to DC ignition) and for the Mach 1.

I had three old SAFA batteries, so I gutted two, cut the wire connections out, and have built some battery boxes...

Inside one is a lithium 6v and the other has an AGM 6v. I tried to solder wires to the lead posts, but... wasn't happy. The other , I tried to thread the post, and was successful with one. The other post snapped, and I had to drill a tiny hole for a tiny screw. I may end up gutting the other SAFA battery I have, to try again. I think the threading is best, but I must be more careful next time.

I only have one of the battery covers... oh well.

Sincerely,
