Clutch Pack Thickness

Postby Duccout » Sat Aug 12, 2023 12:14 pm

Does anyone know if the quoted clutch pack thickness of 27mm includes the plain plates, or is it just the friction plates?

Cheers,

Colin

Hi Colin

clutchpack original has 13 plates . 7 X 3 mm friction plates and 6 X 1 mm plain plates . if you do the math that adds up to 27 mm

Thanks Eldert, you're a star! All the info that I could find said that the friction plate set added up to 27mm, and I couldn't believe that mine were worn that much!

Cheers,

That is good info to have.
Assume that's for all 250 to 450 singles, n/c & w/c ?
