Hi gang, do you know if the NC 250 scrambler had a center stand? My side/kick stand is really bad and the bike can fall over easily. I tried fitting a center stand from a monza a few years back and I dont think it fit the scrambler frame, but its been awhile. Im obviously in the market for one if you have a spare LMK.
Thanks,
Toby

The narrowcase centre stand will fit the Scrambler frame, but you will have to do a couple of things.
Firstly, there is no provision for fitting the rubber bump stop on the bottom of the frame, which may not really be necessary anyway, so probably not too much of a problem.
Secondly, there is no peg on the frame for attatching the centre stand return spring. You will have to make up a grooved peg and either weld or bolt it to the frame, in the correct position, before you can use the bike with the stand .

Jon, thanks for the reply. I think my frame has a post type bolt connected to the frame to mount the spring but no center stand. So I emailed Guzzino about the aftermarket stand they have for sale. Paulo suggested that the center stand they sell wont work very well with the 19" front wheel and the larger tire it uses. He wasnt sure it would lift the back tire off the ground. I was thinking of switching it to an 18" wheel if I can find one and that should help. I dont plan on using the scrambler off road so I'll try to find a 18" front wheel.
