Very nice bit of programming, way beyond my ken! :oops:

As for " jewellery!", George; thank goodness the price of gold is still high! ;) You'ld need to part with a few baubles and beads to pay for that little machining job. ;)

not my work . Peter V G had the cases scanned and put into a 3D file by Erik vd Starre

one set of cases are done and we are fitting the internals . see if everything fits .

then a small run will be made and will be for sale .

They look nice - but I suspect they started not as blocks of aluminium but as castings that were then subjected to milling in the internal spaces.
Apart from the un-CNC-like smoothness of the outer surfaces, there are artifacts that are typically seen on castings, like the lines near the lower bevel housing area. Why would they be machined like that?

no connection . Billet world is Dean Ryde and is in the UK

the 450 / 500 cases are made in the Netherlands
