Apologies if this has been dealt with elsewhere in the forum, I did use the search but did not find anything.

Perhaps it is too simple of a question.

Are all narrow case cams interchangeable?

Specifically can you use say a 250 green/white cam, or a Violet Monza cam, in a 200 or are the 175/200 cams different?

OK nevermind I think I have found the answer...

They don't look the same, so I will go with they are not interchangeable, unless some one knows differently.
