How much oil and what weight should be used for 1971 450 Scrambler front forks ?

Your questions can be answered by looking into the user manuals.
SCR 1st series: 180 -185 ccm AGIP F.1 Rotra ATF, 3 - 4 °Engler
SCR 2nd series: 230 ccm AGIP F.1 Rotra ATF, 3 - 4 °Engler
You can find a viscosity (not "weight") conversion table here: http://www.nadi.it/english/viscosita.htm
The differences between series 1 and 2 you might spot here: https://www.motorcyclespecs.co.za/model ... r%2068.htm
AGIP is now ENI, and afaik this https://oilproducts.eni.com/media/pdf/d ... 99_ENU.pdf is the according datasheet of the product.
