74.4mm Piston and Rings

HELP!!
I have a perfectly good Cylinder but the piston is not salvageable. Does anyone have a 74.4mm piston & rings that is either new or used but good enough condition to be re-used please???

I am told that 74.4mm is forst overbore Italian; whereas 74.5mm would be first overbore UK.

So fingers crossed that one of you out there might have a 74.4mm piston to help me out...
