Hi all,

i have one completely smashed part on monzas front fork, so im unable to measure it or try to give someone to make new one. The name from parts list is : Rubber distance piece inner diam.: 29 " which is nice, but i dont have even photo because i have a flat piece of this part
Can you someone help me please a post a foto (probably with some measurement), or, if you know someone who sell it? (from EU is better).

Second, non fork question :) : have you an addition to parts list with 3rd edition of partlist, please? Between 2nd and 3rd ed. i saw few differencies. I have part with front light only, nothing else.

Third question: After year from disassembly, i realized that i cutted to pieces a brake lever pin or central stand pin. And as a smart guy  i did not measure the dimensions :? So, if someone have the dimensions, like diameter, lenght and the side groove position, i'll be glad.

Thank you a lot.

Hi Kabi,

Fortunately, I saved my old parts. I searched for a replacement part for this several years ago and found something close but don't recall where I got it. The original Rubber Distance Piece is somewhat deteriorated from age so the measurements may not be exact. The rubber is still soft, though. Notice that the top portion is not entirely circular - it has an area with a thicker (5 mm) wall section. Here are some photos and dimensions:

Rubber Distance Piece:
ID: 32 mm - I believe this is supposed to be the 29 mm dia. you referenced (may be distorted)
OD (top): 38mm
OD (middle): 44.5 mm
OD (bottom): 39 mm
Length: 19 mm

Brake Pedal Pin:
Dia: 14.0 mm
Length: 138 mm
Groove Width: 1.25 mm
Groove Dia : 12.9 mm
Distance between grooves: 129.7 mm

Center Stand Pin:
Dia: 15.9 mm
Length: 102 mm
Groove Width: 1.25 mm
Groove Dia : 14.7 mm
Distance between grooves: 93.9 mm

Good luck - I hope this helps!
Jeff
