kickstart spline
Could somebody confirm if the kickstart on a 10 has the same splines as the 175/250 etc, as all those advertised start at the 175 capacity and go upwards. Cheers Ian

Re: kickstart spline
Hi Ian
as far as i know all the splines are the same .
only a few very early engines had a cotter pin like a bicycle to secure the kickstart lever

Re: kickstart spline
I'm gonna guess you meant 160 rahter than 10.
I had a kickstart rechromed for my 160 but ended up using it on a 350 instead, so I'd say the splines are the same.

Re: kickstart spline
Apologies i did indeed mean 160 and thanks for confirming same splines. Am sure there will be many more questions as it is a fairly "empty" basket case with many missing parts. Making a sprint bike for NSA "Classic class" first as much easier to parts bin pick off my shelves than the trials bike i also hope to make. Thank for all the info.
