Fork internal questions

Hi fellow Bevelheads

Servicing and tidying up some forks I found a few variations. All parts have come from narrow case 250/350s. Found two different length internal tubes. Of the two that are the same length 2 slightly different heads. In the pic the top 2 set of springs are very hard to compress vs the lower springs which are quite soft in comparison. Did Ducati change up parts to put in scramblers vs road bikes? Curious if some of these parts came off wide case bikes? Look forward to learning more about these internals. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
